Larry Nixon is professional bass fishing's all time money winner, an achievement based on a impressive career of winning tournament performance. On the B.A.S.S. circuit alone, he has won 13 national titles, placed second nine times, and placed third six times for career winnings over $1,000,000. What's more, he has qualified for 17 B.A.S.S. Masters Classic tournaments.
Larry is a regular guest of televised fishing shows, and has hosted his own series, Larry Nixon's Fishing Lessons, as well as three videos: Tournament Tactics for Locating Spring Season Bass, Locating Summer Season Bass, and Locating Fall Season Bass. He has been selected Bass Angler of the Year twice (1980 and 1982), and in 1990, he was inducted into the National Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame. In November 1995, his name was added to the Arkansas Outdoor Hall of Fame.
