AVP2: Primal Hunt is an add-on pack for the original Aliens versus Predator 2. The game involves nine missions: three Corporate (Human), three as Facehugger (Alien) and three Predator. The storyline revolves around an ancient Predator artifact which was lost 500 years prior, leading up to the events which which occur in AVP2.

Third Law Interactive took over development from Monolith to help Fox bring the story to life. The game adds new multiplayer features, which improve upon the original game, such as the highly requested Predator Self-Destruct and Sentry Guns.
