Running Lost in Time on modern operating systems
Lost in Time runs fine under DOSBox. The game may locks up during some cut scenes though. This is because Lost in Time uses the Redbook CD audio track and the timing during the cutscenes in the game is based on this track. XP's emulation of the old DOS driver (MSCDEX) is imperfect, so the game may lock up. Restoring a game usually gets past this issue, so save often.
