The Track Editor was available on the official site of Eat My Dust, which is still accessible on the Waybackmachine.

Note: The Track Editor requires that you already have installed the full Eat My Dust product. It will not work with the demonstration version.
To download, click Download Track Editor. The file is 1.78 megabytes and is a self-extracting, self-running installer program.
After downloading, extract, run "setupex.exe" from Windows 95 and the installer will locate Eat My Dust and add the Track Editor!
